yipi connects you with verified massage and physio therapy professionals. Simply browse therapist profiles, chat directly, and book your preferred time – all in one place. You pay securely through yipi, and we handle the rest. 

Your payment is made directly to yipi, who acts as your contractual partner. We handle all billing and coordination. After the session, we pay the therapist, minus a small service fee. All contractual obligations lie with yipi. 

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking at any time through your profile. If you make changes more than 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. For changes requested within 24 hours of the appointment, your therapist must approve the request. If they decline, 50% of the session fee will be charged. Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the appointment are no longer possible and will be charged in full. This policy helps protect our therapists’ time and ensures fair planning for everyone. 

Every therapist on yipi is personally reviewed and verified by our team before going live. We check that they truly exist, hold a verifiable qualification, and have a well-completed profile. Only then do we mark them with the “yipi trusted” badge. 

You don’t need an account to visit the homepage and browse available therapists. 

However, to view full profiles, send messages, or make a booking, you’ll need to create a yipi account. It only takes a few seconds – all you need is your name and email address. 

With your account, you can manage bookings, reschedule or cancel sessions, chat with therapists, collect points through yipi reward, and save your favorite providers. 

With every booking, you earn points through yipi reward linked to the massage therapist you booked – 1 point for every 1 € you spend. Once you've collected 100 points, you can redeem them for a 5 € massage credit for the same massaeg therapist. At 200 points, you’ll unlock a 10 € credit or choose to donate it to our partner project ElbConnection. And with 400 points, you’ll receive a 25 € massage credit. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of yipi. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards, paypal, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your data is encrypted and secure.
